Eligibility for Return & Refund
We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following specific circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: The product packaging is crushed, unsealed, or the medicine bottles/vials are broken upon arrival.
- Incorrect Product: You received a medication, dosage, or brand different from what was specified in your order confirmation.
- Expired or Near-Expiry Product: You received a product that has expired or has a shelf life of less than 3 months at the time of delivery (unless a short-expiry discount was explicitly agreed upon).
- Missing Items: Your package was delivered, but items listed on the invoice are missing.
Note: For global shipments, we may offer a full refund or free reshipment instead of requiring a physical return, as international regulations often prohibit the shipping of pharmaceutical products back to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict “Chain of Custody” safety standards and comply with international pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

- After Dispatch: Once the package has been handed over to the courier/freight partner, the order cannot be canceled, as it is already in international transit.
