Cold Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Medicines

Many oncology medications (e.g., Monoclonal Antibodies, Immunotherapy injections) are heat-sensitive.
  • Packaging: We use validated insulated packaging and medical-grade refrigerants to ensure product stability during transit.
  • Temperature Monitoring: High-value cold chain shipments may include a temperature monitoring card to verify the integrity of the medicine upon arrival.
  • Policy: If you choose “Standard Shipping” for a heat-sensitive item against our recommendation, we cannot guarantee the product’s efficacy.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Shipping medicines internationally requires compliance with local import laws.
  • Documentation: We include all necessary export documentation, commercial invoices, and prescriptions (if provided) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
  • Import Duties: Any import taxes, customs duties, or VAT levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping price.
  • Customs Delays: While we strive for fast delivery, we cannot control delays caused by customs inspections.

Discreet Packaging & Privacy

We respect your privacy regarding your medical condition.
  • All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes.
  • The shipping label does not mention sensitive terms like “Cancer” or “Oncology.” It will typically list the sender as a generic logistics fulfillment center or “Health Supplies.”

Lost or Seized Pack

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier (no tracking update for 30+ days), we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund.
  • Customs Seizure:
    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay duties, a reshipment fee may apply.
    • If a package is seized due to specific country restrictions we were not aware of, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or store credit.

Restricted Destinations

Due to strict pharmaceutical import regulations or courier restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following regions:
  • Examples: Conflict Zones, specific countries with total import bans like Brazil (unless via a specific license), etc. [You can leave this general or list specific countries if you know them].
