Our quality assurance & sourcing policy ensures that we source generic medicines only from WHO-GMP certified manufacturers in Bangladesh. we understand that behind every order is a patient fighting a critical illness. There is no room for compromise when it comes to the efficacy and safety of oncology medications.
This policy outlines our rigorous standards for sourcing, storage, and supply chain integrity to ensure you receive only authentic, high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Sourcing from WHO-GMP Certified Facilities

We do not manufacture medications. Instead, we act as a specialized global supply partner. We strictly procure products from manufacturers and authorized distributors who adhere to WHO-GMP (World Health Organization – Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
  • Authorized Sources: Our procurement network is restricted to licensed manufacturers and their direct authorized distributors in [Insert Region, e.g., India, Bangladesh, Turkey].
  • No “Grey Market” Sourcing: We do not source from unauthorized third-party brokers or unregulated markets. This ensures a closed chain of custody from the factory to our fulfillment center.

Supply Chain Integrity & Traceability

To guarantee authenticity and prevent counterfeit products:
  • Batch Traceability: Every pack of medicine we ship is recorded with its specific Batch Number and Expiry Date. This allows us to trace the product back to the manufacturer in the event of a recall or quality audit.
  • Tamper-Evident Seals: We verify that all incoming stock has intact, original manufacturer security seals (holograms, tamper-evident tape) before it enters our inventory.

Storage & Cold Chain Management

Oncology medications, particularly biologics and injectables, are highly sensitive to temperature.
  • Climate-Controlled Warehousing: Our fulfillment center maintains strict temperature zones:
  • Controlled Room Temperature (CRT): 15°C – 25°C for tablets and stable vials.
  • Cold Chain Storage: 2°C – 8°C for temperature-sensitive injections and immunotherapies.
  • Cold Chain Packaging: For international shipments of heat-sensitive items, we use validated medical-grade insulated boxes reinforced with gel packs or phase-change materials (PCM) to maintain stability during transit.

Pharmacist Verification

Every order leaving our facility undergoes a final safety check by a qualified pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
  • Visual Inspection: We check for physical defects, broken seals, or discoloration of packaging.
  • Prescription Matching: We verify that the dispensed medication matches the dosage and molecule type specified in your prescription (if provided).

Expiry Date Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive medication with a sufficient shelf life for your treatment cycle.
  • Minimum Shelf Life: Unless explicitly marked as “Short Expiry” (and sold at a discount with your consent), all shipped products will have a minimum of 6 months remaining before expiration.
  • Transparency: If a specific batch has a shorter shelf life due to manufacturer supply constraints, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
